Queendom Academy

Awaken & Embody Your Inner Queen

Queendom Academy is for women and those who resonate with the experience of womanhood who are ready to practice self-leadership in real time and engage in embodied growth. This journey strengthens voice, nervous system regulation, boundaries, and the capacity to lead life with greater clarity and responsibility. It is for those willing to examine patterns of overgiving, avoidance, collapse, or control and to shift those patterns through embodied practice and personal accountability cultivating the dynamic balance of inner Queen and inner King energy: self-leadership, inner safety, structure, devotion, and expression.

Over eight weeks, we work with somatic regulation, ceremony, meditation, and relational practices so participants can practice speaking truth, setting boundaries, receiving support, understanding emotional patterns, exploring relational dynamics and money narratives, and strengthening the capacity to be seen. The inner Queen represents vision, authenticity, and embodied leadership; the inner King represents structure, accountability, and protective self-leadership. Together they support an integrated relationship with personal power and softness.

During the journey, you can expect discomfort, insight, accountability, and support. Afterward, you will leave with practical tools for self-regulation, clearer boundaries, stronger decision-making, and daily rituals that support sustainable growth and self-trust.

Week 1: The Embodied Queen - The Journey Begins

Vision · Identity · Self-Leadership

We establish the foundation of the journey. We explore self-authority and embodied leadership while clarifying vision and purpose. We begin connecting to the body as a source of grounding and awareness, and articulating the woman you are becoming and the life you are here to lead.

• Understanding your unique energetic constitution (Ayurveda lens)
• Princess vs. Queen archetype (reclaiming self-authority)
• Radical responsibility for energy and choices
• Clarifying vision and personal direction
• Guided embodiment and grounding practice
• Recording your Queen identity statement

You begin meeting the woman you are becoming.

Week 2: Nervous System Safety

Regulation · Awareness · Connection

We focus on developing tools that help you notice internal sensations, ground yourself, and respond to stress with greater choice. When we are regulated and present, we are better able to engage with opportunities, relationships, and resources in healthy ways. Part of this work is learning to recognize internal cues, listening to what your body and emotions are communicating so you can make decisions from awareness rather than automatic reaction.

• Grounding & co-regulation tools
• Tracking sensations vs. mental stories
• Mirror work & self-perception
• Practicing receiving attention, support, love
• Somatic processing meditation

Expansion requires inner safety.

Week 3: Boundaries, Self-Trust & Sacred Rage

Self-Trust · Edge · Release

We explore boundaries as acts of self-respect and self-leadership. We practice saying no in real time while learning to recognize anger as a protective signal. Through boundary exercises and emotional processing practices, we reclaim our right to choose and strengthen our inner structure.

• Real-time boundary practice

• Micro-boundaries in daily life

• Distinguishing boundaries from punishment

• Reclaiming anger as protective energy

• Rage release & witnessing

• Rage/anger release and witnessing

• Inner King meditation (developing internal structure)

Your no protects your yes.

Week 4: Voice, Expression & Being Seen

Truth · Needs · Visibility

We strengthen our capacity to speak truth and express needs without over-explaining or apology. We practice short truth statements, paired witnessing exercises, and experiential work that supports tolerating visibility in a regulated way. The goal is to build nervous system capacity for being seen and expressing yourself clearly.

• Speaking truth without over-explaining
• 60-second truth practices
• Breathe & Pause before speaking

• Paired listening and reflection exercises

• Sound, mantra, or singing practices for throat activation

Opening the throat and strengthening the capacity to be seen.

Week 5: Relationships, Money & Energy Patterns

Relating · Value · Responsibility

We examine relational patterns and the ways we give, withhold, or lose energy in our daily lives. We examine patterns of overgiving, self-betrayal, and decision-making in romantic, family, and friendship relationships. We dive into money as an extension of value and energetic exchange, exploring conditioning and family narratives around earning, spending, and worth.

• Mapping energy and money patterns

• Recognizing overgiving & self-betrayal in relationships

• Romantic, family & friendship dynamics

• Decision-making in small choices

• Exploring money stories and family conditioning

• Money as energetic exchange

• Building sovereignty and self-trust

Where is your energy going?

Week 6: Receiving, Pleasure & Self-Worth

Receiving · Pleasure · Expansion

We review receiving, sacred sexuality, and self-worth. Through somatic awareness and reflective practices, we explore our relationship to receiving compliments, care, attention, and desire. We also gently examine conditioning or shame around pleasure and sexuality while building a greater capacity to receive and experience presence in the body.

• Somatic awareness around receiving and pleasure

• Mirror work and desire reflection

• Micro-receiving exercises (compliments, acknowledgment)

• Sensory presence practices

• Flower receiving ceremony

Expanding your capacity to receive.

Week 7: Devotional Leadership & Self-Discipline

Discipline · Devotion· Integrity

We examine reactive living to intentional self-leadership. Discipline becomes another expression of self-love, the daily ways you choose yourself, your vision, and your values. This week we focus on devotion, consistency, and returning to our path even after rupture, disappointment, or rejection.

• From reactive living to intentional leadership
• Discipline as self-devotion
• Daily micro-commitments & consistency
• Returning to alignment after setbacks
• Aligning daily practices with your vision

You become the creatrix of your reality, leading your life with love.

Week 8:  Integration, Initiation & Celebration

Reflection · Commitment · Sisterhood

This final week brings everything together through expression, reflection, and ritual. We share what has shifted, speak our commitments, and allow ourselves to be witnessed in their growth. Through theater-style expression and group ritual, we honor the journey and celebrate the sisterhood created during the program.

• Individual sharing & witnessing

• Theater-style expression

• Commitment declarations

• Letters to future self
